2022 Pinot Gris - $25
This is the third vintage of Northburn Pinot Gris off the new site. The 2022 vintage was excellent for Pinot Gris with smaller than average berries. The fruit was harvested very clean, well balanced, fully ripe and with good varietal definition. Approximately 70% of the wine was matured in a new 114 litre Billion oak barel for 5 months. There is a distinct but delicate oak character to the wine. The wine is dry, fresh and full bodied.
