2023 Pinot Gris - $25
This is the fourth vintage of Northburn Pinot Gris off the new site. The 2023 vintage was excellent for Pinot Gris with smaller than average berries. The fruit was harvested very clean, well balanced, fully ripe and with good varietal definition. The wine was treated with small oak staves for approximately 4 months post fermentation. There is a distinct but delicate oak character to the wine. The wine is dry, fresh and full bodied.
